Last night I went to the mall to buy our tickets for tonight's 7:00 showing and at 8:30pm, there were already people lining up for the midnight showing. Not to mention that probably 75% of them were wearing costumes. The guy said that the 7:00 show only had three seats left, so he suggested to buy for the 7:45 show (which, I'm guessing, will eventually be sold out too). Anywho, it's official. We have tickets in-hand for the 7:45 show! Now all we need are our Mt. Dew, Diet Coke, Mike 'n Ikes, and whatever candy Dan chooses :) Although...depending on what we do for supps, I may splurge for popcorn! What WHAT?!
On different level (but same amount) of excitement, we've survived the last three days and are OFFICIALLY CLOSING ON OUR HOUSE TODAY!!! We've had some flaming hoops to jump through over the last couple of days, but the bank called me with our final down payment number today. At lunch, I'm going to get a cashiers check and we'll be on our way! (Expect lots of house renovating pictures over the next month or so)
And that's basically all she wrote because I have lots of work to do today, especially since I'm leaving at 3:30 to buy a house. Any suggestions on where we should have our celebratory dinner? It can't be too far away because we have to line up early for HP!
(For real. Getting a house, going out to eat AND seeing a new Harry Potter in the same day? I'm so overwhelmed with anticipation that I'm pretty much a basket case!)
